Dispatch Timeline

We usually dispatch orders either the next working day or within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the nature of the product and order volume. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during these days will be taken up on the following business day. In case of any delay beyond the usual timeframe—due to seasonal demand, unexpected events, or internal scheduling—we will promptly inform you by email or phone.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Domestic orders within India are shipped via Professional Courier, our trusted logistics partner. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. For international orders, we rely on reliable global carriers like FedEx, UPS, and others. International delivery usually takes between 5 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email. You can also find the tracking information in the ‘Track Order’ section on our website. We aim to keep you informed at every step of your order’s journey.


Early Dispatch Requests

If you have a specific deadline or need your order sooner, we are happy to try and accommodate early dispatch requests. Please get in touch with us right after placing your order. We’ll do our best to fulfill the request based on our production and logistics schedule.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled under any circumstances.


Express Shipping

We do offer express shipping on request. Please note that this will come at an additional cost compared to standard shipping. To opt for express delivery, you may contact us immediately after placing your order.
