Refund policy

At RareBlends by Rithika, we put great care into curating and crafting each piece, ensuring it meets the highest standards before it reaches your doorstep. Every product goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch. We also provide clear product descriptions, sizing details, and care instructions to help you make the best purchase decision.

That said, we understand that sometimes, things may not turn out as expected. Please take a moment to go through our policy below before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, preference, or minor color differences due to screen resolution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged or defective:

  • Please email us at contact.rareblends@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos clearly showing the issue.
  • After reviewing the evidence, our team will either replace the item or issue a store credit, depending on availability.
  • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process damage-related requests.
  • Exchange Policy (For Domestic Orders Only)

Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Products bought under Sale or using a discount code or coupon.

  • Orders placed outside India.

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or found to be used, stained, washed, or damaged.

  • Orders without a valid unboxing video for damage claims.


EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at contact.rareblends@gmail.com with your order details.

  • An unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is mandatory in case of any damage-related claims.

  • Once we receive your request and approve the eligibility, our team will share the return address.

  • The item must be shipped back by the customer via a trusted courier service. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit during the return. Please note that the return shipping charges for size exchange requests must be covered by the customer. 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will dispatch the new size within 7–10 working days, subject to availability. Exchanges will be processed only once per order.

In case the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid for 90 days, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We currently offer only returns & exchanges for orders placed within India, since accepting international orders for return or exchange will recur losses for us & the customer.
